// process

How it works

  1. 1

    A 30-minute call

You tell us about your product, your stack and what you need done. We tell you honestly if we are a fit.

  2. 2

    Meet your developer

Within a few business days we introduce developers matched to your stack. You interview and choose.

  3. 3

    Start with a trial

The first 2 weeks are a trial. If it is not working, you stop and pay only for the time used.

  4. 4

    Keep going monthly

One monthly invoice. Scale up, scale down or stop with 30 days notice.

AI · Legal tech

AI document intake for a US construction-lien SaaS

Uploaded contracts, invoices and scanned forms become a draft case. OCR and rules extract the fields first, AI fills only what the rules cannot, and every value is checked against a quote from the source before a person confirms it.

Stack: Java 21, Spring Boot, React 19, MySQL, Tesseract OCR, AWS

Result: About $0.006 in AI cost per 3-page document (measured)

Marine · Multi-platform

Marina and fuel-delivery platform in Europe

Fuel ordering from request to settlement, berth booking, marina operations and crew jobs, for boat owners, marinas, suppliers and field technicians. Our engineers work across the back end, web portals and both mobile apps.

Stack: .NET 7, Angular 18, Next.js 15, Flutter, AWS

Result: Four web portals from one codebase, two apps on the App Store and Google Play, four languages

Modernization · IoT

Supervision portal rebuilt for a US monitoring provider

A legacy GPS and sobriety-monitoring portal rebuilt module by module in React 19 without changing the back end, plus a rule-based assistant for officers and over-the-air updates for the GPS watch firmware.

Stack: React 19, Vite, Tailwind, Java EE, OpenShift on AWS, embedded C

Result: Every legacy screen replaced, checked by 71 automated parity tests

Questions people ask us

How much does a dedicated developer cost?

Plans start at $3,000 a month for a full-time developer. The exact price depends on the stack and seniority. See the pricing page for details.

Do you work with companies outside Texas?

Yes. We work with companies anywhere in the US. Your project lead is at our Dallas office, calls happen in your time zone, and we can visit you on site wherever you are.

Is this the same as staff augmentation?

Close. You get developers who work only on your product, inside your team and tools, like staff augmentation. The difference is a US project lead who answers for the work, and a replacement at no cost if someone is not the right fit.

Where are the developers located?

Our developers work from our development center in India, and their working day overlaps with US business hours for standups, calls and reviews. Your point of contact and project lead is in Dallas, Texas.

How fast can someone start?

Usually within 2 weeks of our first call, depending on the stack.

What if the developer is not a good fit?

The first 2 weeks are a trial. After that, we replace a developer at no extra cost if things are not working.

Who owns the code?

You do. Work happens in your repositories and accounts from the first day.
